Five Reasons Why You Should be Rich

Okay, you probably read the title of this post and thought, "Five reasons? I could give you 50!" But there are some very fundamental reasons why you should be rich -- especially if you are a woman. Kim Kiyosaki, author of Rich Woman, wrote a great article explaining those reasons. She says that for women, real life financial education is no longer a luxury, it's a necessity.

So what are the five reasons why Kim Kiyosaki thinks you should be rich? Click here to read her article and find out.

Hi,

Thanks for the really informative article by Robert Kiyosaki. To the point, as usual.

Shinil.

I'm pumped up, excited and ready to steam ahead in real estate investing! But, the old saying "it takes money to make money" is so true, as I have found out. I want something big - proven by the profitibility that is already represented. But, I'm too new and too big a risk for something so big. Or I need 25% or so down on a 3.5 million dollar purchase. I decided to pursue a couple of four plex properties - still need the 20% down. So if I don't have the money, I can't get the money. If I have no proven track record of property management, I can't get the money. So - it takes all the money in the world to become rich. This is a hard reality that I am finding all too true. What can anyone do if you don't have equity in your home to use and no money in the bank that is substantial enough and no experience in property investing or management?? I guess keep doing what I always have and just hope and dream it will change!!!!
